3. Service Description

Heirloom Ledger provides organizational and educational support for recording household documents, keepsakes, and family wishes. Our services are currently offered to households located in and around Bangkok, Thailand.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking a session and to treat our facilitators respectfully. You remain responsible for all decisions about what to include in your ledger or archive and for confirming any formal or legal steps with a qualified professional.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to request content that misrepresents ownership of documents or property.

5. Intellectual Property

Our ledger templates, workshop materials, and archive indexing formats remain the property of Heirloom Ledger. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use completed materials for your household's personal record-keeping.

6. Payment Terms

Prices for our services are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is due as agreed at booking or upon completion of a session. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis for sessions not yet delivered.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Ledger Setup Sessions and Family Memory and Wishes Workshops are typically delivered in a single visit. The Complete Keepsake Archive is delivered in stages, with scope and timeline confirmed with each household before work begins. Scheduling changes should be requested with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis for organizational and educational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and we make no guarantees about outcomes related to estate matters, inheritance, or family agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Heirloom Ledger's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Termination

Either party may cancel a scheduled session with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service where conduct is abusive or where requests fall outside the organizational scope described in these terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will first be addressed through informal discussion, and if unresolved, may be brought before the competent courts of Bangkok.

12. General Provisions

If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so later.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
